Vonnie Joiner Shires Hall

Vonnie Joiner Shires Hall, 66, of Roanoke, Va., has gone Home to be with the Lord on Saturday, December 26, 2009. She was born in Jacksonville Fla., daughter of the late Floys and Virginia Bruxton Joiner. She was preceded in death by a brother, Sonny Joiner. She is survived by her husband, Clyde W. Hall; daughter, K. Kelly Moore, and her daughter, Keara Anne Moore; son, Randall R. Haigler, and his son, Randal C. Haigler; son, Kyle B. Shires III and his wife, Crystal D. Shires, and their sons, Damian A. Shires and Gabriel W. Shires; brothers, Wayne Joiner and Buddy Joiner; sister, Rachael Walton; and numerous other family members and friends. Funeral service will be held at noon on Monday, January 4, 2010, at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel. The Rev. Gary Robbins, pastor of Greene Memorial U.M.C., will officiate.
