Callie was a very accepting person. She cared for everyone, and had a way of conveying respect in such a sweet way. Callie will not be forgotten. I hope I get the chance to see you one day! Darrell, you have been in my prayers, and I really hope all is well.

Love you guys.

Callie was such a special person and she was loved by everyone who knew her. She and Darrell never met a stranger, after spending only a few minutes with them you felt like you were a part of the family. That's the way that they treated everyone. Family meant so much to Callie. When she got sick she wasn't concerned about herself she was concerned about the others in the family who weren't well. There are so many things that I will remember about her, shopping trips, her eye for fashion, ice cream, Christmas, how much she loved Darrell and how much she loved all of her family, but most of all I will remember how she let God shine through in everything that she did. She was such a wonderful example to all of us as we grew up, and for that I will be forever grateful. I love you Callie and I am going to miss you but I hope to see you again. Give everyone a big hug and kiss from me. We'll take good care of Darrell for you.
Love, Gayla
