Reford Earl Stanley

Reford Earl Stanley, 78, of Chester, entered into eternal rest Sunday, January 3, 2010. Mr. Stanley was a U. S. Army veteran of the Korean War and had retired after 38 years from International Harvester. He is survived by his daughters, Sandra S. Doll, Lisa S. Watson and husband, Tom; grandchildren, Daphne, Jackson, Mackenzie, and Isaac; a sister, Katherine Joyce; and his former wife, Mildred S. Stanley. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday January 5, 2010 at the Chesterfield Chapel of the Bennett Funeral Home, 14301 Ashbrook Pkwy., where his funeral will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday with interment to follow at 12 noon, in Virginia Veterans Cemetery, Amelia.
