Mary Marzee Boyd Bruington

Mary Marzee Boyd Bruington, 92, of Rocky Mount, Va., passed away on Thursday, January 14, 2010. She was born on November 24, 1917, a daughter of the late M.P. and Bessie Boyd. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Mac Bruington; daughter, Patricia Rudeseal; and three brothers. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Charles and Gwen Bruington; seven grandchildren, Sarah Tawzer, Rebecca Carter, Stephen, David, Laura, and Mary Bruington, and Michael Rudeseal; eight greatgrandchildren; a number of nieces and nephews; and other family members and friends. Funeral services will be conducted 10 a.m. on Saturday, January 16, 2010, from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints with Presidents Hal Cragun and Charles S. Bruington officiating. Graveside services will be conducted on Tuesday, January 19, 2010, from Lone Oak Cemetery, Lewisburg, Tenn. The family will be receiving friends one hour prior to service on Saturday at the church.
