Professor Morgan came to Singapore in 1974 to help set up the Industrial Engineering Dept at the University of Singapore. I was one of his students.

By a strange conincidence, I just wrote about him in my blog and decided to do a Google search for his name.

My condolences to his family.

Already emeritus when I met him, Don was a frequent visitor to campus computer labs and training classes. I knew him as a lifelong learner and a gracious gentleman.

Don was a dear friend and an effective compassionate administrator. I am thankful for that friendship and grateful for the strong leadership he provided to the Industrial Engineering program.
