Today would be SSGT Daniel Adrian Suplee 56th Birthday but God took you way too soon you're truly being missed

He was the most wonderful person you could ever imagine he lost his life unfortunately too soon the world was not ready for him to leave neither was his children you are being truly missed but I know God needed his Angel back always love you

It's been 15 years, until I see you again at Fiddlers Green.

Am in Camp Blanding preparing for a trip to Iraq... I took the opportunity to visit Dan's memorial here with a few soldiers from the BN. As I visit his memorial every time I am here, it is great to be able to share Dan's story and sacrifice to those who come after him.....his memory will live on in the minds of his fellow Guardsmen....Scout's out and Dan, We will join you one day on Fiddler's Green to smoke a cigar and throw one back....

Just wanted to let you know i served with Dan. I was in the troop with him. I did all the maintenance on his truck. He was a great Soldier and leader. Glad to have served with him. I'm serving in Iraq now and was thinking of him. My deepest sympathy to you and your family.

Hey Bernie just wanted to let you know I still think about Dan and all he had done for me. Just a few weeks ago Gene and I went to see his Memorial in Camp Blanding, Gene made it a point to show me. I had never seen the camp Blanding Memorial before. He also made it a point to share with some other soldiers Dan's story. It is now Memorial day 2009 and it still seems like yesterday when we were all smokin cigars and drinkin NA-Beer. If you ever need my help or help from anyone of us from the platoon Gene can get in contact with us. Dan loved you and the kids more than anything in the world and never forget that. God Bless.

Hey Bernie, i glad to see that people still think about dan. I am back over in Afghanistan again and seen a memorial stone in camp pheonix for him i told my guys how great of a man he was. And what he done for his guys. god bless you and your family!!

It is very nice to know that others keep him in their hearts. I visited, with Gianikas, his memorial stone at Blanding just last week. I also took a couple othere other soldiers and had the opportunity to introduce them to Dan and his part of our unit. His spirit will continue to live on thru his follow soldiers. I was a friend of Dan's in HS. I just found out last night about this and i am very sad. Dan was a great guy, always smiling, laughing and making stupid jokes, funny faces in High School. Also he had a serious side that came out when he needed it. He was a good guy and will be missed. Dan, Thank you.

dan suplee was one of the best squad leaders. it was a honor to be in his squad.i will never forget him and all the time we had while overseas together talking about life,family and freinds and the care for are fellow soldiers.he cared more for them then his self he wanted to make sure they where safe before he was.i will miss you dan and see you soon.

As we enter into another holiday season and look toward a new year without Dan, I know that the love he gave is reflected in the hearts of his family. Bernie, know that our love, thoughts, and prayers are with you daily.
