Esther Virginia Sisk Jenkins, age 75, of Orange died on Monday, September 1, 2008 at Dogwood Village.

She was born on February 5, 1933 in Chester, Pa. to the late Albert Jackson Sisk and Bessie Young Sisk.

Mrs. Jenkins was a member of Beth Car Baptist Church.

She is survived by her children, Debbie Lamb and her husband, Earl, of Rochelle and Dianne Jenkins and her special friend, Dewey Morris, of Madison, and her siblings, Dottie Pullen and her husband, John, of Boston, Va., Charles Sisk and his wife, Lorraine, of Sperryville, Va. and Billy Sisk and his wife, Jayne, of Montana.

Additional survivors include her grandchildren, Elizabeth McBride and her husband, Ryan, of Colorado and their son, Jackson, Sarah Ford and her husband, Jeff, of Madison and their children, Luke and Maggie, Coryn Hodkinson and her husband, Richard, of Madison and their children, Abell and Greye, Jaime Sheads and her husband, Wally, of Rixeyville and their children, Samantha, Blake and Cam and Josh Lamb and his wife, Maddie, of Madison and their son, Joshua James; sister-in-laws, Russell's wife, Betty and Jackie's wife, Carolyn.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Chip Jenkins; her former husband, William Carson Jenkins and her siblings, Jackie Sisk, Russell Sisk, Mary Edna Woodward and her husband, Clifford and Lewis Woodard and his wife, Gladys.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 4, 2008 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA 22701.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 5, 2008 at 2 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel with Ryan McBride officiating.

Interment will follow in Woodville Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made in her name to a charity of your choice. Found and Sons Funeral Chapel of Culpeper is handling the arrangements.
