David Dunham Obituary

David Dunham, 78, of Pompano Beach, FL, formerly of Boylston, MA, died peacefully, Saturday March 15th in his home, after a courageous battle with lung cancer.

He is survived by five children, Kathy Stacy and her husband Barry of Millbury, David M. Dunham of Hawaii, Ann DeFalco Ber and her husband Carlos of FL, Susan Dunham Coleman and her husband Jerry of Shrewsbury and Sandra Natili of FL; 12 grandchildren, Joseph, Mathiew, Katharine, Jon, Juan Carlos, Kenneth, Nicole, Patrice, Peter, Patrick, Anna and Nicholas; a great granddaughter, Mary Elizabeth; his former wife, Joan Urquhart of PA; his first cousin, Dorothy Martin as well as many close cousins who referred to him as Uncle Dave and many friends. He was born in Worcester and is predeceased by his parents, Harold and Anna (McGrath) Dunham, a sister; Theresa Dunham and his second wife Ruth (Hammond) Dunham.

David formerly lived and worked on the family farm in Boylston. He worked many years for the Boca Raton Resort Club retiring as Head Matradee. He was a veteran and served in the United States Navy from 1948 to 1952.

His funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday April 5th in St. Mary of the Hills Church, 620 Cross St. in Boylston. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery in Boylston. There are no calling hours. Mulhane Home for Funeral, 45 Main St. in Millbury is assisting the family with the arrangements. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Vitas Hospice Charitable Fund, 5420 N.W. 33 Ave, Suite 100, Ft. Lauderdale, FL, 33309. Condolence book and directions available at:
