Maria Ozak Obituary
She leaves a son, John S. Ozak of Webster; three daughters, Jadwiga Griffiths of Holden; Theresa Fyrbeck of Worcester and Dorothy Doolittle of Sutton; 9 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and extended family in Poland and Russia. A daughter, Helen Zachariewicz, of Leicester died in 1970. She was born in Nowogrodek, Wilno, Poland a daughter of Adam and Emilia (Kolaczyk) Zienko and lived there before coming to the United States in 1949. Maria was a member of Our Lady of Czestochowa Church.
The funeral will be held on Tuesday, April 8, 2008 from HENRY-DIRSA FUNERAL HOME, 33 Ward St., with a Mass at 10:30 am in Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, 34 Ward St. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery. Calling hours in the funeral home are Monday, April 7, 2008 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, 34 Ward St, Worcester, Ma., 01610.
