I had the pleasure of working with Frank and Rita for many years at WCIS. On many occassions I would meet Frank and Rita at a restaurent and we would catch up on what was happening in our lives. I will always treasure those times.

I lived next to Mr. and Mrs. Brown while a child and my grandfather (Jim Surrette) and mother (Karen Nadow) lived next to him for decades. I'm so sorry to hear of his passing and can remember many wonderful times spent visiting next door and playing in the yard.
