Dorothy Siagh Obituary

Dorothy Patricia Siagh "Teena", 73, of Worcester, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother died on April 22, 2008. Dorothy died peacefully at the Millbury Healthcare Center after a long illness and was surrounded by her family. She was born on February 9, 1935 in Worcester, daughter of Francis and Mildred (Hastings) Agresta and lived in Worcester most of her life.

Dorothy had an enjoyable career at "Southgate" in Shrewsbury before she retired. Dorothy is survived by three sons and three daughters: Donna Callan and her husband John of Moody, ME, George Siagh and his wife Linda of Daytona FL, Anthony Siagh and his wife Lori of Citrus Spring, FL, Tina Green and her husband Richard of Worcester, Mark Siagh of New York City, Kari Borges, and her husband Gustavo of Worcester. Dorothy also leaves eight grandchildren, and three great grandchildren as well as five sisters and two brothers, and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her loving husband, George Siagh, three brothers, and three sisters.

Dorothy's funeral will be private, and there are no calling hours. The MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME AND CHAPEL, 370 Plantation St. is assisting the family with arrangements.

I was so sad to hear about your mothers passing. She will be greatly missed. She was a wonderful, classy lady. I had the opportunity to be a good friend of hers, (as well as many others), and we all will miss her. God bless you all.
