Frank was as noble a friend and colleague as can be imagined. We worked side by side for the past five years. I treasured his active intelligence; his unswerving loyalty to his family, his friends, his work and his principles; and his unfailing judgment and compassion.

I had the pleasure to grow up with Frank as our Parents were close friends. Frank combined both his Father’s zeal for discussion with his Mother’s gift of compassion.
I recall a brief discussion we had at a St. Patrick’s parade where Frank expressed his pride in his own children while sharing his sympathy for a parent whose child had chosen a less glorious path despite the parents continued efforts. Frank felt the pain and expressed a desire to help.
His passing is a both a personal loss and a loss to the community. Please accept my deepest sympathy.
