Annette Ball Obituary

Annette Eleanor (Saucier) Ball, died Saturday, June 14, 2008. Annette is survived by her husband, Raymond D. Ball; her son, Raymond D. Ball, Jr.; her daughter, Alyce C. Roberts; her granddaughter, Elizabeth A. Roberts; her great-grandson, Frankie N. Roberts; and her sister-in-law, Virginia L. Ball. There are many other friends and family left to cherish her memory.

She was born April 18, 1931 in Worcester to Theodore and Irene Saucier. Annette was the loving sister of Norman Saucier, Alice Nixon, Albert Saucier, and Elaine Sweitzer, who are all deceased. She was a devoted wife and mother as well as the proprietor of a small snack bar for several years. In addition to Annette's culinary talents, she later began a career as a counselor at Adcare Hospital in Worcester. Her passion was in helping people and animals. She donated much of her time to the fight against animal cruelty.

A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, June 21st at the Jehovah's Witness Kingdom Hall, 659 Franklin St., Worcester. Annette's family kindly requests those who are able to make a contribution to their local humane society in loving memory of Annette E. Ball.
