Francis T. Podsiadlo

Frances T. (Lizewski) Podsiadlo, 88, a longtime resident of Cross St. in South Grafton passed away June 18, 2008. Her husband of 45 years, Francis Podsiadlo died March 13, 2000. She was born March 26, 1920 in Worcester, the daughter of John M. and Statia (Libuda) Lizewski, raised and educated there, and lived in South Grafton for over 50 years.

She is survived by her sister and brother-in-law, Jane and William Radzik of South Grafton, and many nieces and nephews. Her brothers Frank and Edward Lizewski and a sister, Sophie Wladyslawski, pre-deceased her.

Mrs. Podsiadlo was a payroll supervisor for 40 years with The Worcester Telegram & Gazette, before retiring in 1982. She was a devoted parishioner of St. James Roman Catholic Church, a member of The Daughters of Isabella and the Polish National Home and Alliance, all in South Grafton.

All are invited to her Funeral Mass on Saturday, June 21st at 10 a.m in her Parish Church of St. James, 89 Main St. (Rt. 122A) in South Grafton, celebrated by her nephew The Rev. Jack Lizewski. She will be laid to rest with her husband in Notre Dame Cemetery in Worcester. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to St. James Church Memorial Fund, 89 Main St., South Grafton, MA 01560.
