Prince of Barnstable, Gilda M. Duval of Petersham; loving grandmother of Rozann O. Mossa of Chicopee and Tianna L. LaFleur and Alex Stupski of Blackshear, GA; and Peter N. and Samantha R. Shorrock of Hopedale; loving aunt to many nieces and nephews. Also survived by extended family and loving friends. Daughter of the late Albert J. and Mary L. (Flynn) Duval. She lived in Holyoke for several years before returning to her childhood town that she called home for 40 years. She enjoyed sharing her musical abilities and also enjoyed sewing and crafts of many varieties. Aunt Arizona,

We will miss you, you made us giggle when we talked to you and when we came to see you. We had fun swimming with you in your pool.

In My Pocket

I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.

My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.

They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.

Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.

But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.
