Scott Stanley Obituary
He leaves his wife, Amy D. (Freudenthal) Stanley; two daughters, Ashley L. and Melissa M. Stanley all in Thompson. He also leaves behind his mother, Rose Marie (White) Stanley of Webster, one brother, John "Jackie" Stanley, Jr. of Warwick, R.I., one sister, Janet Plasse of Myrtle Beach, S.C. and many cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. Scott was born in Webster son of the late John J. Stanley, Sr. and has lived in the area most of his life. He was the owner of East Coast Asphalt Co. for several years and has worked with his family in the paving business since a teen ager. Scott loved his family, but most of all his daughters, Ashley and Melissa.
Callng hours for Scott will be Tuesday, July 8, 2008 from 5 to 8 P.M. at the Robert J. Miller Funeral Home & Lake Chapel, 366 School St., Webster. The funeral will be Wednesday, July 9, 2008 at 10 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be in Hope Cemetery, Worcester. In lieu of flowers, the family would like contributions to the Ashely and Melissa Stanley Scholarship Fund, c/o Webster Five Cent Savings Bank, 136 Thompson Rd., Webster, MA 01570.
