Uncle Sam, I am so glad we had precious time together, before you past!! I will forever hold the things you said to me, in my heart Forever!! I will never forget the great times we had with you, when we were little kids, Howe pond in Spencer, Misquamicut Beach in the summer, do you remember the ham bone, and the bathing cap in the back of your beachwagon lol!! You were always so funny!! I'll never forget the times we would jump in your van, and go fishing, those were great times, and I always caught more fish then you, and you would get mad!! Ha! Ha! We had the greatest times when I was your bookeeper, down Damico's Bakery, boy those were the days!!! You would come up stairs to my office, and say hey, lets go get a drink, and I would say I'll meet you next door in 5!! We would sit and talk for hours, about serious things, and about all the funny things, we had done!! We would play the Juke box, and we would be singing out loud, and we used to play our special song, that was both our favorite, over and over again lol, we never got sick of hearing it!!! lol!! Remember when I took you to your real 1st Red Sox Game in Boston, and when we went up the ramp, and you saw all of Fenway Park, with all the team practicing, before the game, your eyes were just in amazement!! You couldn't believe you were there!! The Sox were playing the Yankee's, and we won the game!! I'll never forget how funny you were , when it was the 7th inning stretch, well you didn't know about it, and everyone is getting out of there seats, and going to get stuff to eat, and go to the bathrooms, and I stood up, and was stretching, from sitting in those tiny seats, and then you asked me"why is everyone getting up, and leaving, and I'll never forget how much I laughed at you!!!!I was laughing hysterically!!!...and I told you about the 7th inning stretch, and you looked at me with those eyes, like I had 2 heads, and I just couldn't stop laughing!! What a night that was!!! So keep on routing for the Sox Bubby, OK!! I know you were a die hard fan!!!....Uncle Sam, thanks for the greatest memories, that we had together, I will forever keep them in my thoughts!!! I know your where you wanted to be, as you told me, and that your with Big Nana, your Sister's Laura, and Mary (my Mom), and your brother Peter, and the secret i will always keep!!! All of us will miss you dearly!!

All Our Love,
MaryJean (Beany), Paul, Christian, and Sean...XOXOXO

I am sorry for your loss at this time.

When I was a teen Sam hired me at Damico's bakery on Shrewsbury Street. I worked there with several friends, and Sam was kind and cared about all of us.
