Paula Crockett Obituary
She leaves two daughters, Karen L. Shadbegian and Gretchen A. Butler, both of Worcester; a son, Bradford A. Crockett of NH; a brother, Richard P. Lindgren, Jr., of Montana; 6 grandchildren: Richard Shadbegian; Paula, Leanne, and William Butler; and Meghan and Sarah Crockett; and two great-grandchildren, Alexis Butler and Bryan Shepherd.
She was born in Worcester, daughter of Mae M. (Pitkanen) and Richard P. Lindgren. She was a graduate of Wachusett Regional High School and attended Worcester Memorial School of Nursing. She was a member of Park Congregational Church and worked at Fallon Healthcare as a Medical Secretary.
A memorial service will be held at Nordgren Memorial Chapel, 300 Lincoln Street, Wednesday, July 16, at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund, 20 Walnut Street, Suite 318, Wellesley Hills, M 02482 or Alzheimer's Fund, 311 Arsenal Street, Watertown, MA 02472. To the family of Paula Crockett,
I am so sorry to hear the news of Paula's passing. She was one of the kindest people I knew. She had that sweetest "Swedish" personality and the patience of a saint. I worked with Paula at Fallon and also played her hairdresser for years. She was a woman with a huge heart who loved her family deeply and always put everyone elses needs before her own. I had a great respect for her courage and strength, and admired her humble personality. I have no doubt that she is in the greatest place of all. She will be missed deeply here on earth.
