Mary Lemoine Obituary

Mary E. (Murray) Lemoine, 80, passed away July 12, 2008, after a long illness. She is survived by her husband of 56 years, William Lemoine; one son, Mark Lemoine of Worcester; two daughters, Jane Lemoine of Grafton, Gail Cather and her husband Jack of Worcester and her grandson, William Cather of Worcester; one brother, Joseph Murray and his wife Carol of Brookfield; one sister, Ann "Nancy" Hinds and her husband Carson of Grafton and two generations of nieces and nephews. She was born in Worcester, January 20, 1928, raised there, the daughter of Joseph and Anna (Davis) Murray and has lived 40 years in Grafton. Mrs. Lemoine graduated from Worcester North High School, Worcester State Teachers College and then was a teacher in Northborough and Grafton and a parishioner of St Mary's Roman Catholic Church in North Grafton. Mrs. Lemoine's greatest love was caring for her family and times shared with them. Her husband and children wish to thank the staffs at Eldercare and Radius Healthcare 3rd floor (Providence St. Worcester) for their love, care and concerns for Mary during her illness.

All are invited to the celebration of a Funeral Mass for Mary, Tuesday, July 15th at 11 am in her Parish Church of St. Mary, 17 Waterville St. (Rt. 30) in North Grafton. She will then be laid to rest in Pine Grove Cemetery. There are no calling hours. Donations may be made in her name to Radius Healthcare, 119 Providence St., Worcester, MA 01604 or to Eldercare, 52 Holden St., Worcester, MA 01605. Funeral arrangements are in the care of Roney Funeral Homes North Chapel, 152 Worcester St., North Grafton. A condolence book and directions are available at:
