I was married to Claude's half sister, Patricia Mcdowell, who passed away in 1993, Claude visited with his dad in hunting season and they looked forward to it every year. He was a great man.

It is unfortunate we separated eventually taking our routes in life. Being brought up by your mom and dad in my early life, my fondest memory of Claude was the day he saved my life from drowning in Princeton around 1931. God bless Claude McDowell.
