Ethel Barnes Obituary
The funeral for Ethel will be held on Friday, July 18, 2008 at 10:00 AM in Pillsbury Funeral Home, Rte 9/Old West Brookfield Rd., Brookfield. Burial will follow in Brookfield Cemetery. Donations may be made in her memory to the North Brookfield Rescue Squad, PO Box 73, N. Brookfield, MA 01535 or to a charity of one's choice.

I just heard of your mothers passing. As you know, I thought the world of Ethel...we shared a lot of good times. I will always remember her as my dear, dear friend. My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family.

Sorry to hear about your mother. All of you united to help her through the years of her declining health.I'm sure she was happy to be near family.My memory, as a child, was eating dinner at your home.I loved the way your mother made boiled potatoes. I think of her as a strong person,who loved the simple things in life.
