The funeral service is Friday at 10:00 AM at the Putnam United Methodist Church, 51 Grove Street, Putnam. Calling Hours are Thursday from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at the Smith & Walker Funeral Home, 148 Grove Street, Putnam. Burial in Grove Street Cemetery, Putnam. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Karissa Choquette Memorial Fund c/o Citizens National Bank.
