Rita Esposito Obituary

Rita M. Esposito 83, died Tuesday evening June 17, 2008 at the Springfield Health & Rehabilitation Center in Springfield, Vermont. She was born April 19, 1925 in Worcester, Massachusetts the daughter of Napoleon and Ina Jane (Deuffeny) Gregory. She attended schools in the Worcester Massachusetts area and resided in the Worcester area for 25 years.

She was married to Salvatore V. Esposito on July 8, 1952 in New Haven, Connecticut.

They made their home in New Haven, Connecticut for 40 years before moving to South Strafford, Vermont were they resided for 30 years before moving to Springfield, Vermont 16 years ago. She loved to cook and loved to travel.

She is survived by her husband Salvatore of Springfield, 1 sister Diane L'hair of Worcester, Massachusetts, and by several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by 1 brother William and by 1 sister Jane.

A funeral service was held in Springfield, Vermont on June 23, 2008. Contributions may be made in her memory to the Springfield Health and Rehabilitation Center 105 Chester Road Springfield, Vermont 05156.
