Dear Janice and Marilyn--so sad to learn of Carl's passing. We remember fondly our many Christmas Eves at Heard St. and at the Olson's when we were all young.
Carl was a great guy. and his and Gunny's memories will always be with us.

I wish I lived closer so I could be there with you as you honor the life of your father. I was so sorry to hear of his passing. He was a wonderful Uncle and I have fond memories of him on our visits out east when we were growing up.

Class of 1962 Reunion Committee North High School

July 18, 2008

What a wonderful man "Mr. Berg" was. He was our assistant principal at North High and we were his first class there (1962). He was our special guest at all our reunions and we bought a brick in his honor to be placed in the Alumni Courtyard at the new North High as a constant reminder of "our" special friend. Our sympathies are with you all and just know you have more memories than us, but it's these that will sustain us and hopefully you all at this time.

I was the first class of Burncoat Sr. High where Mr. Berg was our principal--a great man. He will surely be missed. Our prayers are with the entire family. Linda (Bird) Carlson, Worcester,MA (Class of 1966)
