Norma Colacchio Obituary

In loving memory of Norma Jean Dansereau Colacchio who passed away suddenly and entered into rest with our heavenly Father on Saturday. July 12, 2008 at Valley View Medical Center in Fort Mohave, AZ. She was 72 years old and was a 12-year resident of Bullhead City, AZ.

She was born June 22, 1936 in Worcester, MA, and was the daughter of the late Norman Dansereau and Evelyn Gilbert Dansereau. She attended St. Joseph Catholic School and North Brookfield High before she moved away. She was self-employed for many years, and she loved her family, fishing, bowling, and bingo.

She is survived by her seven children: Lisa Schiel of NV, Debra Randall and husband Brent of ME; Mark of CA; Kerry and wife Beth of CO; Linda Haire and husband Wes of CO; Kevin and wife Melanie of ID; and Carl of MD; also 8 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren; a sister, Joan Sawyer and husband Robert of Maine; a brother, Francis Dansereau and wife Beverly of Florida; Ben Colacchio the father of her children; paternal aunts, Estelle Butcher and Jean Fargnoli of MA; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was loved very dearly and will be deeply missed.

Graveside services will be held at St. Joseph Cemetery in North Brookfield, MA on Saturday, July 26, 2008, at 1 PM, with Fr. Carey officiating.

Hello Deb, Uncle Benny & all the kids

Our condolences to all of you on the loss of your mother and wife. Seems all of us were together just yesterday in Marlboro and not the 50+ years that have transpired since then.

Still fondly recall the Shackley's breakfast when I came home on leave from the Service with a stop in Calif to see the inlaws...

Again, our fondest memories and prayers are with you all.
