Marian Kelley Obituary

Marian A. (Weston) Kelley, 86, of Worcester, passed away peacefully, Thursday, July 31st, surrounded by family.

Marian's husband of 59 years, Frederick Kelley, passed away in October of 2007; she is survived by her two children, Thomas A. Kelley and his wife Vickie of Webster, Alicia M. Nottage and her husband Stanley of Oxford; a sister, Dorothy Manley of Sudbury; many nieces, nephews and cousins including Winifred Weston; a brother, Thomas Webster pre deceased her. She was born in Newport R.I., daughter of the late, Charles and Mary (Dewhurst) Weston and has lived here most of her life.

Marian worked for the Worcester State Hospital more than 15 years before retiring. An accomplished singer, at onetime Marian sang with the Worcester Light Opera. She was very artistic, enjoyed painting, crafts and her garden.

Funeral services and burial will be held at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of ones choice. The MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation St. is honored to assist the family with arrangements.
