Emily Wielock Obituary

Emily (Gerri) (Deren) Wielock, age 87, of 27 Mill Rd. died Monday Aug. 4, 2008 at the Parsons Hill Rehabilitation Center, Worcester. She was the wife of the late John F. Wielock Sr.

She leaves her son and daughter in law, John F. and Marian Wielock Jr. of Dudley and a granddaughter, Catherine Wielock.

She was born in Dudley daughter of the late Joseph and Theresa (Nogan) Deren and lived in Dudley all her life.

Gerri was a hairdresser and also owned and operated the Wielock Farms in Dudley for many years with her husband and son. She enjoyed crafts and she was very active in relief efforts in the way of clothing and monetary help for the people in Poland.

The Funeral will be held Thur., Aug. 7, 2008 from the Shaw-Majercik Funeral Home, 48 School St., Webster with a Mass at 10 AM in St. Stephens Church, Quinebaug, CT and burial in St. Joseph's Garden of Peace, Webster. Calling hours at the funeral home are Wed. Aug. 6, 2008 from 6-8 PM.

John and all family, so sorry for your personal loss of your Mother.

Grew up knowing her as "Gerrie" when I was a kid and my
folks brought us to your Farm Stand of great fresh produce. Everything smelled so good and tasted great.

God Bless her and prayers to you all. Comfort is to know she is peace-filled and pain-free.
