Albert Bonofiglio Obituary
Albert is survived by his wife of 63 years, Antoinette M. (Prudenti) Bonofiglio; his two sons, Albert F. Bonofiglio, Jr. and his companion Marie Lee of Holden, Robert A. Bonofiglio and his wife Judy of Worcester; his two brothers, Dr. Richard A. Bonofiglio and his wife Shirley, Ronald W. Bonofiglio, and his wife Ann all of Worcester; seven grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; nieces and nephews. A daughter Linda M. Supernor, passed away August 14th of 2007, a sister, Rose T. Bonofiglio passed away in 1997. He was born in Worcester, a son of Angelo and Mary A. (Molinari) Bonofiglio. Al graduated from Commerce High and earned his bachelors degree from Holy Cross College and has lived here all his life.
Al was a self employed Certified Public Accountant for various companies and individuals in the Worcester Area.
Al was a member of Our Lady of Loreto Church. Al was a founding member and former Treasurers of the Brown Square Civic Association.
The funeral will be held Saturday, August 9th from the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation St. with a Mass at 10:30 a.m. in Our Lady of Loreto Church, 37 Massasoit Rd. Burial will be in St. John Cemetery. Friends and relatives are invited to visit with the family Friday, August 8th from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the John M. Bonofiglio Scholarship fund, care of Worcester City Hall, Room 203, 455 Main St. Worcester 01608.
