Debra Cardin Obituary

Debra M. Cardin, 50, formerly of Millbury, died Monday, Aug. 18th in St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester.

She leaves her father and step-mother, Robert S. and Alice Cardin of South Carolina; three sisters, Nancy A. wife of Richard Braman of Ridgeway, SC, Donna V. wife of Kevin Banks of Holden and Pamela A. wife of Mark Babbitt of Elgin, SC; three brothers, Ernest Lambert and his wife, Cathy of Phoenix, Arizona, Russell Lambert and his wife, Audrey of Worcester and Peter Cardin of Millbury; nephews and nieces and grand nephews and grand nieces. She was born in Milford and is predeceased by her mother, Madeline M. (Blair) Cardin and a twin brother, Norman Cardin.

Debra was a senior buyer at Saint Gobain/Norton Co. in Worcester for 10 years. She loved movies, reading and photography. Debra was deeply involved and loved being with her nieces and nephews.

Debra's funeral will be held Thursday, Aug. 21st from the Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St., Millbury, with a Mass at 10 a.m. in St. Brigid Church, 59 Main St. in Millbury. Burial will be in St. Brigid Cemetery in Millbury. Calling hours are 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 20th in the funeral home. Condolence book and directions available at: www.mulhane.com

We are so saddened by the news of Debbie's passing...she always had a smile on her face when we saw her...She will be missed by many...

Auntie Debbie,

I miss you so much!! Thanks for the beach, foxwoods, picking on me because you loved me, my beautiful wedding pictures, being good at math (I had to get it from you, I sure as heck didn't get it from my mother!), pizza and movies when I slept over, and just our daily conversations and always telling me that you loved me! I am happy for you that you are not suffering anymore and that you are with your mother and brother. Someday we will meet again, and until then, I will think about and miss you every day!!
