Dorothy Donohue Obituary

Dorothy L. (Langton) Donohue, 81, of Worcester and Dennisport, died Saturday, August 9th in her home, surrounded by her family.

Her husband, Timothy P. Donohue died in 2000. She leaves two daughters, Paula Radermacher of Maryland, Donna Cohen of Hopkinton; a step daughter, Jodi Aja of Leicester; a brother, Robert Langton of Natick; seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Dorothy was born in Natick and was the daughter of Hartley C. and Muriel (Durkee) Langton. She is predeceased by her first husband, Donald E. Hallberg, who died in 1964.

Mrs. Donohue worked at Norton Company in Worcester, before she retired. She was a member of the Greendale Peoples Church in Worcester and the AARP, Bancroft Chapter in Worcester. Dorothy was also a Girl Scout leader for many years.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 30th in the Greendale Peoples Church, 25 Francis St. in Worcester. Burial will be private in Hope Cemetery in Worcester. There are no calling hours. Mulhane Home for Funeral, 45 Main St., in Millbury is assisting the family with the arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Greendale People's Church, 25 Francis St., Worcester, MA or to the VNA Care Network, Inc. Development Office 120 Thomas Street Worcester, MA 01608-1280 or to the Animal Rescue League 139 Holden St., Worcester, MA 01606-. Condolence book and directions available at:

We have so many memories of Dot & also Tag - at Mary Mooney's house, at Greendale Peoples Church, at Norton Company...... She was such a wonderul and NICE woman.
