Joni Bass Brown & Family

Dearest Jaffes: We were deeply saddened to learn of Uncle Teddy's passing; our thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this difficult time. My earliest childhood memories are filled with the sound of his voice, his big bear hug, and his beaming smile: vivid even now, more than 50 years later. Who else could have catered our engagement party with such style and panache?! A labor of love, it was--and Teddy gave the full measure of himself to his family, his friends and his work, and especially to those he loved, and he loved us all! We loved him right back, and we will miss him greatly and remember him with love always. Our love and sympathies to all of you: Sylvia, Chuck, Phyllis, Debbie, Judy, and all of your families. Teddy was a true original: one of a kind! With love, Chuck and Joni (Bass) Brown, Jeff & Scott

Dearest Sylvia, Phyllis, Debbie, Judy and Chuckie,
My heart is broken too. Teddy was like a second father to me and he gave me immeasurable laughter and love and enriched my life in so many ways. I thank God for all of you and for him being a part of my life for the past 50 years. I have been truly blessed with you as my second family. May you find comfort in knowing his being here made this world a much better place. He will be deeply missed but the memories he gave us all will last forever.
With love and profound sympathies,
Rhona

Dear Sylvia & Family,
There are no words to express how we feel. We shall miss those luncheons we used to have. Sorry we can not be with you on this day but you are in our thoughts.
Love,
Selma & George
