Harold Irizarry Obituary
He leaves his wife of 6 years, Herlinda "Quika" Irizarry; 2 sons, Harold Irizarry, Jr., and Ryan Irizarry of East Boston; 2 daughters, Wendelin Corliss and her husband Steve of Fitchburg, and Jennifer Irizarry of Oxford; and one step-daughter, Andrea Jimenez of Worcester.
Born in Ponce, Puerto Rico, son of Alcides and Elba Irizarry, he lived many years on Long Island. He graduated from Atlantic Union College in Lancaster, and worked for many years in the printing and accounting fields. A car enthusiast, he also enjoyed hiking, and loved family life.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m Friday August 29 in CASWELL-KING FUNERAL HOME, 474 Grove St. Burial will be in Rural Cemetery. Calling hours will be from 4-7 p.m Thursday Aug. 28 in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to any ALS related charity.

A candle was lit for Harold at Our Lady of Fatima, Holliston. I had such a pleasure working with Harold at Conversent/One Communications and was terribly saddened by his passing. I will never forget the wonderful attitude he came to work with (in a very stressful environment) and will always remember his jokes (and Halloween costumes!) and smiles and wisdom. I am a better person for having known Harold. My thoughts and prayers to his children and family always.

Besides his loving wife, children and parents, Harold also leaves behind two brothers: Samuel Irizarry and his wife evelyn of Orlando Florida and Al Irizarry, also of Orlando. Three sisters: Myrna Linares of St. Austine, Florida, Olga Moody and her husband Bruce of Pine Bush, NY and Minerva Perez and her husband Israel of Georgia. He was predeceased by his brother Wilfred Irizarry of Orlando. He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews that will fondly remember him as "the fun loving uncle." We couldn't ask for a better brother, Harold; you will be greatly missed. Our memories of you are endless. you were always so full of energy and love and so selfless as you put everyone else before you. I will remember the fun as young children when you took us to the park or trick or treating or when you put me on your bike early in the morning and went out for a ride; As you got older I remember the sound of music coming from your room as you went from the violin to the harmonica and then to the guitar. Then came the emptiness as you went off to college but joy when you came to visit. Harold, through the ups and downs in life, you kept a great big smile on your face and you were there if we needed you, thank you for being such a great guy. I love you.
