Christina Mongeau Obituary

Christina (Rutcho) Mongeau, 81, formerly of Southbridge, died Wednesday, September 3, 2008, at the Quaboag on the Common in West Brookfield. She was the wife of the late George Mongeau, who died in 2003.

She is survived by a three brothers, Pandeli Rutcho of Southbridge, John Rutcho of Orlando, FL, and George Rutcho of Wallingford, CT; three sisters, Lynn Dante of Hyannis, Mary Dargie of Northboro, and Dolly Rutcho of Worcester; and several nieces and nephews. She was also the sister of the late Lillian Kresco. She was born in Woonsocket, RI and was the daughter of the late Naun and Penelope (Anastas) Rutcho.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, September 10, 2008 at 11:00 AM at Oak Ridge Cemetery, Oak Ridge Ave., Southbridge. Calling hours are omitted. Arrangements are under the direction of the Daniel T. Morrill Funeral Home, Southbridge, MA.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Nicholas Albanian Orthodox Church, P.O. Box 650, Southbridge, MA 01550.
