Barbara has been in my life for most of the time I can remember, and my daughter's life since she was born. We treasured her as a friend, and considered her a part of our family. She was a lovely woman who will be missed dearly. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all ~ Lori Bradshaw & Kylee Scanlon

We met Barbara at Word and Witness class at Trinity Lutheran Church over 25 years ago. We became friends and spent many happy times together at family celebrations, some holidays and church gatherings. Our children "grew up" knowing and loving Barbara. Then our granddaughter came into all of our lives and Barbara's,and she loved both Barbara and Chet. There were sad times too but Barbara's faith carried her through those times. The latest trials and lack of some speech were difficult for her but we still were able to communicate. We thank God for her being in our lives. We will miss Barbara dearly but know in faith she is with God and her loved ones. Our prayers for your family go with you all. Love, Carol and Fred Scanlon
