Melissa and Tommy, You don't really know me but Charlie was a great neighbor and an incredible friend to me and so many of my friends. We got to know Charlie as our dental patient. We were always happy to see him because he always had a smile and a good word for everybody. We were saddened by his illness and so sorry to learn of his death. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of his family.
