To the Dean Family - I just don't know what to say at this very sad time. Sid was the best neighbor ever and I believe he epitomized the words of Ralph Waldo Emerson, "...to know that even one life has breathed easier because you have lived". That was Sid for sure!

I was so shocked and saddened to hear of Uncle Sid's passing. I have been away for some time and didn't know he was ill. He was my very favorite uncle, who did so much for me in my life and was my best friend too! He always sent me cards with lots of cash in them he was so generous! He was loved by all and the funeral was so packed with his friends and the lines were unbelieveable! A true man of great faith and wisdom, it was an honor to have known him.
I shall miss you Uncle Pidney!
Love, Gloglo

Jeffrey, Your dear father and my brother will be sorely missed. He was always there for all us Dean siblings, so selfless, especially during my tough times with cancer. May he rest in peace. You were always my favorite nephew. Love, Uncle Wendell

Dear Jeffrey, so sad to hear about your Dad. You, Maratha and Sarah must feel a terrible loss as you were all so close. He was an honorable man, loved by all. I know we shall never forget him or his dancing abilities! fondley, a friend from Tweeds
