Sylvia Rutman Obituary

Sylvia V. (Lowe) Rutman, 85, of 101 Brantwood Rd., died on Sunday, September 21st, in the Jewish Healthcare Center.

Her husband, Abraham Rutman died in 2007. She leaves a son, Allan Rutman of Oakham; a daughter, Pamela, wife of Alan Breitman of Sharon; seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Her daughter, Rochelle Simpson, died in 2006.

She was born in Worcester and was the daughter of Aaron and Lena (Schulman) Lowe and was a lifelong resident.

For many years, she was a secretary at Worcester City Hospital, retiring many years ago.

She was a member of Shaarai Torah Synagogue West.

GRAVESIDE FUNERAL SERVICES will be held at NOON on TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 23RD in B'NAI BRITH CEMETERY on ST. JOHN'S RD.

Memorial Observance will be held through Tuesday Evening, Sept. 23rd at her residence at 101 Brantwood Rd. and Wednesday, Sept. 24th through Thursday, Sept. 25th at the residence of Pamela and Alan Breitman at 10 Livingston Rd. in Sharon.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Jewish Healthcare, 629 Salisbury St., Worcester 01609.

Perlman Funeral Home is directing funeral arrangements.
