To Alana. We all just wanted to tell you how sorry we were to hear about the passing of your mother. I know first hand what a caring person you are to all those around you. My mom told me how you stayed with your mother every day over the past two weeks and I can only imagine how difficult this must have been for you. I will keep you in my prayers. Chris, Jen & Jack

Dear Alana, just wanted you to know that both Jen and I put entries into the Mercadante Guest Book last week along with many of your other friends so hopefully you will read all of them. You were and will always be one of the special friends in our lives. You have done so much for all those around you especially in the final weeks with your mother. I know all too well how difficult this was for you and just wanted to express my admiration for your courage during her final days as you sat holding her hand until the end. Love, Di

Alana, You rise to any occasion to show love and caring - even under the most difficult of situations. I am proud to call you friend, and only hope that I will someday have a portion of the strength that you have.
Love,
Chris
