Shirley Hill Obituary

Shirley Mae (Plant) Hill, 77, died August 13, 2008 in New Brunswick, NJ. Born and raised in Worcester and Auburn, MA she lived in New Brunswick for many years before settling in Highland Park in 1971. Shirley was the daughter of Vernon Plant and Armenia Barton Plant, the granddaughter of George Alfred Plant and George Barton, all of Worcester.

Predeceased by her son, Gerald Hill in 1996, she is survived by her daughter, Nancy Hill of California; her sons, Lewis Hill, and his wife Elaine, of Monroe Twp., James Hill of Princeton and David Hill of Delaware; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She was also predeceased by her brother Ralph G. Plant of Spencer in 1998. A service will be held in the Chapel at Notre Dame Cemetery, Worcester on Wednesday at 11 A. M. with burial to follow.
