Marie Adams Obituary
She leaves three sons, George H. Adams, Jr. of Ft. Myers, FL, Paul S. Adams of Ellenton, FL, and Allen E. Adams of Howell, MI; a daughter, Patricia A. Willand of Northfield; a brother, John Mees of Benton City, WA; 9 grandchildren; several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was born in Amsterdam, the daughter of Cornelius and Maria M. (Keesman) Mees and lived here many years. Mrs. Adams was a clerk at the former Denholm & McKay and Barnard's Department Stores. She was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Church and the College Hill Civic Club.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. There are no calling hours. O'CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue, is directing arrangements.
