Rogers for the last 51 years. She leaves two sons, Thomas F. Rogers, and his wife, Laura, of Pelham, N.H. and Michael E. Rogers and his wife, Audra, of Hudson, and three daughters, Patricia A. She moved to Marlborough in 1957 and was the office manager at CVS in Marlborough for the last 15 years, and previously was a benefits counselor at Raytheon in Northborough for 10 years. Gert enjoyed playing and calling Bingo, and will be remembered as a very kind, giving woman who lived to spoil her grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held Friday, Nov. 14, at 9 a.m., at St. Michael Church, 21 Manning Street, Hudson. Burial will be private. Calling hours will be held Thursday, Nov. 13, from 4 to 7:30 p.m., at the Fitzgerald & Collins Funeral Home (www.SFCFH.com), 378 Lincoln Street, Marlborough. To One Lucky Family-

Gert.... What a lady! She was a

firecracker. I loved sharing time with
her.
Always a pleasure no matter
what her demeaner. A typical exchange "Hey Gert how are you?" "Well" as she twisted up half her face "pretty good" "? Can you believe my hair looks like this ?" I have two daughters that are hairdresses. I am a better woman for having known her. Thank you for sharing her. She is missed. I am really looking foward to continuing to care for you Fred. You all are in my thoughts. Patty is your rose still awake? Mine are? Until we meet again Gert. Tracey

To Patty and the Rogers Family:
Your mom was a wonderful mom to me also! I always felt like one of her children "back when" in the 70's on Cotting Avenue. She will always be held dearly in my heart. I thank God for the memories, lessons and wonderful times your mom and your family gave to me. I am so so sorry for your loss. Gert certainly has a special place in Heaven!
