I was blessed with the opportunity to know Linda professionally as well as personally. She had a love of: her birds, all things Irish, the Red Sox and N.E. Patriots, the color purple, light houses, getaway trips with her best friend, civic participation, sharing her knowledge and helping others. Linda's smile could light up a room, she had a great sense of humor, her laughter was contagious and there was no one more determined that her when it came to advocating on behalf of others. She will be missed by many. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family and freinds.

I was so sad to hear of Linda's passing. She was a very strong voice for those who couldn't speak up for themselves. Linda was a friend and colleague who shared her love for animals, The Patriots and politics with me. She was one who spoke her mind passionately and over came many obstacles in her life. The adversity that she faced early on made her such a strong force to be reckoned with as she helped so many poeple find their voices. She will be missed by the many lives she touched.
