Paul Bragdon Obituary

Paul H. Bragdon, 73, of Worcester, formerly of Marlborough for many years, died Monday (Nov. 17, 2008) in Worcester after a lengthy illness.

He leaves his wife of 49 years, Lucille M. (Ouellet) Bragdon; his daughters, Anna M. Lawler of Camden, N.J., Penny A. Deal and husband James of Boylston, Candy L. Busa and husband Alfred of Marlborough, Paula J. Hooper and husband Frank of Clinton, Lou Ann Tucker and husband Kurt of Princeton and Betty J. Leonard and husband Luke of Leominster. Also leaves his two sisters, Anna Ouellet and Sis Dumais; and a brother Pete Bragdon, all of Ashland, ME. Also 16 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and his son in law, Richard G. Duperry of Dudley. He was the father of the late Christine L. Duperry who died in 2006.

Following cremation at Rural Crematory in Worcester, a gathering of family and friends for a celebration of his life will take place on Friday evening (Nov. 21, 2008) from 7 til 10 p.m at the Jacobs Hall in the Masonic Building, 208 Main St., Marlborough.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the John P. Rowe Funeral Home Inc., 57 Main St., Marlborough, MA.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Our Danny Cancer Fund, P.O Box 2795, Worcester, MA 01613.
