Rose Frankel Obituary
Mrs. Frankel was born, raised, and educated in Gardner. She was also a graduate of Fitchburg State College. She owned and operated Frankel's, a ladies apparel store in Leominster for many years, before retiring in 1972. She was a former member of Hadassah, Leominster Chamber of Commerce and Cong. Agudas Achim.
She was the wife of the late Milton Frankel. Mrs. Frankel is survived by her daughter, Elaine & her husband Paul Driben of Andover; her grandchildren: Dana Driben-Difiore & her husband Ernest Difiore and David Driben, her great grandchildren, Sam and Olivia Difiore, and special nieces: Naomi Zack and Sally Wallet Frankel. She was also the sister of the late Gladys Zack, Morris Friedson and Ruth Blaisdell.
Arrangements: Services at Temple Emanuel, 7 Haggetts Pond Road, Andover on Friday, November 21 at 11:00 AM. Interment at Sons of Jacob Cemetery, Leicester. Memorial week will be private. In lieu of flowers; expressions of sympathy may be donated to Children's Hospital, 300 Longwood Avenue, Boston, MA. 02115. Arrangements by Goldman Funeral Chapel, Malden.

Dear Elaine,
I'm so sorry for your loss. My mother passed away in June, at 91, and while I miss her terribly, I'm grateful we had her for so long, as I am sure you are to have had your mother so long. I know that grief softens and love endures. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

Elaine,
Sorry to hear of the passing of your mom. I have fond memories of going to Frankel's dress store with my mom to purchase dresses. Your mom had great taste when it came to providing beautiful dresses to choose from. I know my mom always felt and looked special after a Frankel's dress purchase. You were fortunate to have your mom live into the 90's and have that time with her. My mom passed on at 70.
We will always have many special memories of our moms to help us through these difficult times.
