Adell Therese Lemanski

Adell Therese Lemanski, 86, of Westborough, died on Tuesday, November 25, 2008 at the Beaumont Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center. She was the wife of the late Joseph B. Lemanski.

Born in Worcester, she was the daughter of the late Rocco and Maria Victoria (Carlemagno) Orrico. She was educated in Worcester schools and was a graduate of Commerce High School.

Mrs. Lemanski was employed as a physical therapy assistant at the Thornton Nursing Home in Northborough. She also provided private elder care prior to her retirement.

She was a communicant of St. Luke the Evangelist Church where she was a former CCD teacher and former member of the Daughters of Isabella. She was a long time Girl Scout leader in Westborough.

Adell is survived by her two children, Joseph B. Lemanski and his wife, Mary Pietrowski, of Framingham and Donna M. Ferguson and her husband, Michael of Rutland; two brothers, Frank Orrico of Kittery, ME and George "Jim" Orrico of Worcester; two sisters, Anne DeLollis of Westborough and Susan Anderson of Waitsfield, VT and two grandchildren, Eric Clough and his wife, Jennifer, of Lunenburg and Gregory Caricchio of Dudley.

She was the sister of the late Camille Pariseau and Paul Orrico.

The family would like to extend their appreciation to the staff at Whitney Place for their exceptional care and kindness.

Her funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, December 1, at 10:30 A.M. in St. Luke the Evangelist Church, 70 West Main St., Westborough. Burial will follow in St. Luke's Cemetery.

Calling hours at the Britton-Summers Funeral Home, 4 Church St., Westborough, are Sunday, November 30, from 2 to 5 P.M.
