Earl Brazeal Obituary

Earl H. Brazeal, Sr., 91, died peacefully Sat., Nov. 22, 2008. He was predeceased by his wife of 70 years, Nell; his parents, Frank E. Brazeal and Albina L. (Beaudette) Brazeal; his brothers, Clarence and E. Richard Brazeal and his sisters, Beaulah Tapper and Elsie Howe. Earl is survived by his son, Earl Jr. and his wife Beverly of Woodstock, CT and by his daughter, Elaine Fulton and her husband Greg of Spencerport, NY; granddaughters, Tracy (Brazeal) Yanouzas and husband Niko of Monroe, CT, Suzanne (Brazeal) Hearn and husband Bob of Coventry, CT, Dulcie (Vertefeuille) Vannais and husband Jason of Willington, CT; grandson Jeremy Brazeal and wife Gina of Manchester, CT; also granddaughters Nancy (Fulton) Stephany and husband Scott, Deb (Fulton) Standing-Walton and husband Rob and Wendy (Fulton) Raggio, all of Rochester, NY. Earl is survived by eleven great granddaughters, seven great grandsons, two sisters, Ada Winter, age 100, of Worcester, MA and Evelyn Mackey, age 97, of Niantic, CT and many nieces and nephews. Earl was born June 15, 1917 in Lansdowne, PA. He was a mechanical engineer, a member of the West Boylston, MA Masonic Lodge and an avid golfer. Earl and Nell lived in MA, CT, NJ and eventually settled in Delaware where they enjoyed an active lifestyle for 40 years before moving to Rochester, NY three years ago, to be closer to family.

A memorial service will be held at noon, Dec. 6th at the First Congregational Church, Springfield, VT, near where Earl and Nell first met. Memorial contributions may be made to Journey Home, Inc., 994 Long Pond Road, Rochester, NY 14626. To share a memory please visit:
