Hazel LaBrie Obituary

Hazel LaBrie, 89, entered into peaceful rest Wednesday, December 3, 2008.

Mrs. LaBrie was born in Worcester, Massachusetts on April 26, 1919. She was a retired Registered Nurse and Occupational Therapist and a member of the Congregational Church of Christ.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ellis H. Roland, Sr. and Esther Okerberg Roland; brother, Robert Roland, Sr.; sister, Harriett Ringdahl, and loving husband, Hector R. LaBrie.

Cherishing her memory are her children: Paul (Marilyn) LaBrie of Alexandria, VA, Janet (Donald) Morris of Warner Robins GA; grandchildren, Michelle (Stephen) Whitson of Byron, GA, Jennifer (Jason) Boyer of Palm Bay, FL, Danielle LaBrie of San Francisco, CA, Jessica (Jeffrey) Clark of Charlottesville, VA, and David LaBrie of Richmond, VA; great grandchildren, Christopher and Liam Whitson and Scott Clark; her sister, Virginia (Herbert) Ringdahl of St Petersburg, FL and her brother, Ellis H. Roland Jr. of Lebanon, NH.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Sibley Heart Center, Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, 1687 Tullie Circle, Atlanta, GA, 30329.

Services will be private. Go to www.mcculloughfh.com to sign the Online Registry for the family. McCullough Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
