Francis Loftus Obituary
He leaves six loving nieces and nephews and 13 great nieces and nephews who he greatly adored. He was predeceased by two sisters, Joan Rousseau and Janet Henderson.
He was born in Worcester the son of Francis E. and Josephine Loftus and graduated from Commerce High School and Boston College. Mr. Loftus was a Korean War Army veteran. He worked as an inspector for the Worcester Rural Housing Authority for many years before retiring. He was a member of St. Charles Borromeo Church.
Funeral services will be Monday, June 22 at CALLAHAN & FAY BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 61 Myrtle St. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Boylston. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 20 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701. To place online condolences please visit

I had the pleasure of working with Frank at Rural Housing Improvement in Winchendon,MA for many years. Frank treated everyone with courtesy and respect. He was a good man. I feel confident that his beloved Jake was overjoyed to welcome him to Heaven.
