Anne Seilius Obituary

Anne M. Seilius, 92, of Worcester, died Tuesday, June 16, 2009 in Saint Francis Home, 101 Plantation St.

She leaves several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two brothers, Albin R. Seilius and Edward J. Seilius, both Lt. Colonels, USAF, Retired and a sister, Mary Staney. She was born in Worcester, a daughter of Ralph and Martha (Mortunas) Seilius and lived here all of her life.

Miss Seilius was a secretary at Worcester Envelope Co., and later Riley Stoker, Co., before retiring in 1980. Anne was a member of St. Casimir Church and enjoyed her frequent trips to Cape Cod and also loved to shop. She was a graduate of Commerce High School.

The funeral will be held on Monday, June 22, from DIRSA-MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 298 Grafton St., with a Mass at 10:30 a.m. in St. Casimir Church, 41 Providence St. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery. A calling hour will be held from 9:00 to 10:00 am on Monday, June 22 in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Saint Francis Home, 101 Plantation St., Worcester, MA, 01604.
