George Cernauskas Obituary
He leaves a daughter, Lorraine A. Gregoire of Centerville, MA; two brothers, Joseph of Wheelwright & John of Brookfield; three sisters, Nellie Koslowski of Monson, Helen Hart & Barbara Pierce, both of North Brookfield; two granddaughters, Rachel & Rebecca and 1 great-granddaughter, Janna. He was predeceased by two sisters, Julia Desrosier & Agatha Boulette.
George was born in Barre the son of George I. & Anna (Kudzuma) Cernauskas and he has lived most of his life in Hardwick. George worked at Warren Pump Co. for many years until he retired. He was a WWII Army Veteran and a member of both the Hardwick Rod & Gun Club & the Hardwick Veterans of Foreign War.
The funeral for George will be held on Tuesday October 9, 2007 at 2:00 PM in Pillsbury Funeral Home, 96 S. Barre Rd., Barre. A calling hour will be held on Tuesday from 1:00-2:00 PM in the funeral home. Burial will follow in St. Josephs Cemetery in Barre.
